The technicians are always courteous and willing to explain in detail what the trouble may be and how long it will take. They never leave the house in a mess. They clean up and make sure everything is back where it was when they arrived.

I thought your service was a bit pricey for spraying out the outside unit with my hose and replacing a $34.00 dollar part. Over $400.00 for (maybe) 30 minutes of work seems a little over the top.
