Everyone was very pleasant and professional.
I took my daughter to Salem Vision Clinic for an eye exam and the doctor was amazing! He was friendly and funny. The staff made selecting glasses easy and fun! I would absolutely recommend this clinic to anyone needing an eye exam!
Our experience was very good! The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the doctor got us right in and out. He was great with my 8 year old who had never had her eyes checked before, and made her first experience a positive one.
I find the personnel working the phones & front desk always friendly, polite & efficient. I am pleased to have Dr. Klautzch as my eye doctor. He is thorough & patient, taking time to explain & assess the situation.
