This was really disappointing. I have been using chain saws for 40 years. My Echo saw, which I have used for 3 or 4 years, began running rough when I had to cut sideways under load, and kept crapping out. I took it in to B&R for service…
I even brought the old air filter with me, which he didn't have. He offered a different filter and said it would work, but it didn't.
