When you want basic pho go here, they have quick service and the pho is above average. I would always choose this place when in this area. It is the only good one there.
Food was good and customer service was fast. Sometimes service at vietnamese restaurant can be very slow but this is definitely not and the food was decent....better than I thought! I ordered the lemon grass with vermicelle noodles.
