Dr. Helms is always very nice and gentle, but they charge more than most dentists in the area. My insurance covers 100%, but only up to a certain "reasonable/customary" amount, which Dr. Helms exceeds, so I always got a $5-$20 bill later.
I would recommend anyone go visit Dr. Helms! Especially if you are usually scared to go to the dentist. He is gentle, but does a great job at the same time. I have recommended him to several family members and friends!
