Was advised that there were some issues that needed to be fixed. When I took vehicle home and checked out these issues they were working properly. Disappointing.
I trust Paramount with all of my vehicles. They have good trained staff. They asked what the problem was. They listened to what I had to say. Explained what they were going to do. The next thing I heard was Mr. jones your car is done.

I like the service. Not crazy about the automated appointment scheduling over a weekend where you get a response the morning of the appointment but better than nothing. Service good fast and as scheduled.
