Stephanie was SOOO patient helping Conrad learn how to put in his contact lenses, and with mom in trying to get more samples when Conrad get dropping them or losing them.
I really appreciate the professionalism at Spectrum Eye, Wonderful doctors and staff. But having said that they have one person that comes into contact with the public that never should. I dealt with her on the phone and at the desk.
