Dana always takes the time to see that my hair is the way I want it. She never rushes me out the door and always cares to make sure I'm happy when I leave.

I am sorry for Charlotte's injury but Danna did an excellent job for me.
What I love about Charlotte is twofold: her speed and her competence. If your appt is at 1:00, she's ready for you at 1:00. She focuses on you and doesn't waste your time. I love that. Plus I love how she cuts my hair.
