It is sad to say, but your scheduler is sooo bad that i always have to confirm the appointment with my cleaner directly. whenever, i leave it up to the scheduler, i don't get service. that department is a fiasco.
I've used this service a few times. The cleaners were prompt and did an average job. The price is excellent and the service makes it very easy to schedule cleaners around your time constraints.
