I went to this salon for a haircut. I asked them for a trim, but, they cut about an inch. Because my hair was pretty long anyway, it was okay, but, I did not want that much cut from my hair.
they butchered my hair. never return there again! i asked for a simple number 1 cut on my side and they made an indentation on the side behind my ear! gah!

No complaints whatsoeverI have been getting my hair cut by this stylist since the mid '80's with completely satisfactory results. She really knows how to cut wavy hair. And the other customers I have seen there appear to be very satisfied with results.
