The front desk forgot to tell my stylist I had arrived. Finally 20 minutes after my appointment time they told her I had arrived. My stylist was terrific , she apologized for the error and made sure the rest of my appointment went well.
Everyone is so nice and friendly, I feel very welcome when I walk in.
