    This is a restaurant that offers Mexican food. It is a bit overpriced compared to the other restaurants in the area. It is very clean and has outdoor seating.

    Best Mexican in Benicia

    Issy's is great !!!!! Puts the other Mexican restaurants on First St to shame. Food is consistenly good. Issy, the owner, is always there and is very friendly. Very attentive wait staff. Great enchiladas !!!
