I called for some information and the attending person hung up on me because she said she was at an appointment. If she was that busy, why answer the phone. I don't want to stay at a place with those kind of manners!
She does not care if you have problems in your apartment; she acts like it's you that has the problem. She tries to act like her apartments are the best, and they are EXTREMELY unsanitary!!!!!

Poor Maintenance Service..........We have had several problems at our apartment and always get a negative attitude from Joyce when reporting them. They do not have an employed maintenance person and must pay per call, so this probably has something to do with it.
