This pep boy is full of crap, I went in for a basic oil change and came out with a ruined clutch, even the courtesy drop off guy informed me that i should have looked elsewhere for svc but they had already started on my car. Be careful…
Service was good and prices resonable. Sales staff were very\r courteous and answered all my questions. Store was clean and\r appeared to be well organized.
I wasn't amazed at great service, but they were adequate. I agree that the staff are a bit slow to respond and seem not real happy to be there, but the mechanics did a decent job with my car.
I went to this store and stood at the counter for 15 minutes being totally ignored. By the time someone asked me if they could help me I was furious. Customer service? Don't expect it here.
