The Fiesta Mall has indeed improved it's look, though I am not sure of it's image. The mall lacks anchor stores of the upscale type. But for all that, it is pretty and clean and convenient.
This is your average mall. It is not in the best area of town. The inside looks decent but the outside has gone down hill from what it used to be. There is a lot of shady people who hang around this mall to.

Good PricesThis is the cheapest mall around Arizona, compared to Arizona Mills, Chandler Fashion, & Scottsdale Fashion Square. The place is small and it's a 2 floor building. Most people in the mall are mexican-american.
