    Very Very Slow Service

    I ordered an item online for pickup and spent a half an hour waiting for them to retrieve it for me. When I called and pointed out the problem they gave me a list of excuses. Not a good place to go if you want service.

    Baby Selection is Limited

    Toys R US is true to its name - there are a TON of toys. There is a selection of books as well, but it is not extensive and you would be better off visiting Barnes and Noble or amazon.com for better prices. There is also a baby section,…
